It’s no surprise that she’s the happiest when she’s cooking – even more so when people enjoy her food! Born and raised on the island and trained in a French kitchen, her knowledge for food transcends borders. Here at the cooking school, Jamie focuses on the rich, multi-faceted delights of Malaysian cuisine – from authentic Malay to Nyonya home favourites. When she’s not in the kitchen, she either spends time reading fantasy novels or doting over her cats at home.
