Judith’s cooking is very eclectic in style, from Afro-Caribbean, French and other combinations. Her cooking is based on using the best ingredients and simple home style, light, fresh, healthy, and a huge variety of flavors that she have picked up throughout her cooking life. Judith used to worked at restaurants in London, Paris, ran her own catering business in Holland.
