Recipe: Banana Caramel with Ice Cream


3 tbsp of butter
3 ripe bananas, cut in half lengthwise
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 Ceylonese cinnamon stick


1. Melt butter in a skillet
2. Add bananas, brown sugar and cinnamon and cook until golden and syrupy for about
5 minutes.
3. Top it with vanilla ice cream before serving
