One-Dish Wonders with Chef Jamie

Learn the intricacies of making Soto, a Southern Malay specialty : a soup based dish that’s rich in spice, enjoyed with nasi himpit (compressed rice cubes) and vermicelli noodles. A fine and delicious meal that you can now make at home!

The experience begins with a live guided tour of Spice Terraces, followed by complimentary tea at the Bamboo Garden. The class will begin shortly after, and ends at the Patio where you’ll enjoy the fruits of your labour.
