One-Dish Wonders with Chef Jamie

Learn the intricacies of making the famed Penang assam laksa – a spicy, sour, and sweet fish-based noodle soup that originated on the island but is known worldwide for its ability to tease, tantalise and gratify.

The experience begins with a live guided tour of Spice Terraces, followed by complimentary tea at the Bamboo Garden. The class will begin shortly after, and ends at the Patio where you’ll enjoy the fruits of your labour.
